WHY I DECIDED TO BECOME A BIRTH WORKER
When I was pregnant, I did not have a wise woman by my side (aka Doula) who could help me answer my questions (which I now regret), so I spent endless hours, money and free time learning, reading, attending courses and really going deep into physiology and spirituality of pregnancy & birth. Looking back, it was the best investment in myself that I made , although it was really tiring in the moment...
This is why I am very excited to offer my knowledge and support to YOU, so that you don't have to do it alone. .
By working through my own insecurities and lack of knowledge, I learnt to control (and let go of when needed) my body and mind, and truly prepared myself for birth holistically. My 27 hrs labour was the most expansive, mind-blowing, beautiful and ORGASMIC experience of my life. I enjoyed every moment of it, even the most powerful moments. I used nothing but my breath, deep state of self- hypnosis and water. I created the ultimate oxytocin inducing environment at home, surrounded by my family. There was no one to check on me, to control me or time my progression. I laboured in safety and peace of my home, and I believe this is the reason why I had such a beautiful experience.

Unlike conventional doula service that only offer 2 antenatal visits, I provide holistic support and really focus on a comprehesive preganancy and birth preparation, on a WEEKLY vasis!
As a certified Doula, Gentlebirth educator and hypnobirthing instructor, you can rely on me when it comes to up-to-date UNBIASED pregnancy and birth information.
I am here for you to support the 3 aspects of your being - your Body, your Mind and your Soul. I believe this is the only comprehensive way to prepare for birth. We will achieve it through weekly sessions, covering Pregnancy and Birth education, Emotional support, Prenatal Yoga, HypnoBirthing and meditation.
